1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using mindyOne ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

mindyOne provides AI-powered business pages that allow small businesses to share information, answer customer questions, and accept appointment bookings. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or changed at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (documents, business information, logos). By uploading content, you grant mindyOne a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mindyOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination, Cancellation & Refunds

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

If you have a paid subscription, you may cancel it at any time from your dashboard (Settings → Billing). Cancelling stops future renewals — you will not be charged again. The billing period you have already paid for remains active, and your page and account continue to work as normal, until the end of that period. Once that period ends, the subscription lapses and your page is taken offline until you subscribe again.

Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
