For Business Owners

How to find it

  • Click the floating "?" button in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.
  • Or open Help & Support at the bottom of the sidebar menu.

When to use each category

  • Problem — something is not working.
  • Request — a feature you would like to see.
  • Feedback — general thoughts or suggestions.

What to include in your message

A short description of what happened and what you expected to happen.

What happens next

  • You get a confirmation email straight away.
  • The mindyOne team gets back to you within 1 business day.
  • You can reply to the confirmation email or write to us at support@mindyone.com.

For Customers

This form is for issues with the booking system, not with the business itself. To change a booking (cancel or reschedule), use the links in your confirmation email instead.

How to find it

  • Scroll to the bottom of the business page.
  • Click "Report a problem or leave feedback".

When to use each category

  • Problem — something went wrong during booking.
  • Request — something you would like to see improved.
  • Feedback — share your experience.

What happens next

  • You get a confirmation email straight away.
  • The mindyOne team reviews it within 1 business day.
