For Business Owners
How to find it
- Click the floating "?" button in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.
- Or open Help & Support at the bottom of the sidebar menu.
When to use each category
- Problem — something is not working.
- Request — a feature you would like to see.
- Feedback — general thoughts or suggestions.
What to include in your message
A short description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
What happens next
- You get a confirmation email straight away.
- The mindyOne team gets back to you within 1 business day.
- You can reply to the confirmation email or write to us at support@mindyone.com.
For Customers
This form is for issues with the booking system, not with the business itself. To change a booking (cancel or reschedule), use the links in your confirmation email instead.
How to find it
- Scroll to the bottom of the business page.
- Click "Report a problem or leave feedback".
When to use each category
- Problem — something went wrong during booking.
- Request — something you would like to see improved.
- Feedback — share your experience.
What happens next
- You get a confirmation email straight away.
- The mindyOne team reviews it within 1 business day.
